Clinical Mental Health Counseling FT Core Faculty - Remote

Overview

This individual will serve as a core faculty member within the CMHC program, maintaining a teaching load, engaging students in an online learning environment, and participating in yearly on-campus intensives.

In Short

• Teach a variety of courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Maintain a teaching load of eight courses (24 credits) across a four-term academic year.
• Seek ways to improve didactic and clinical instruction.
• Familiarize with current teaching materials and recommend their adoption.
• Assist in planning yearly on-campus intensives.
• Engage in faculty and departmental meetings.
• Assist with maintaining CACREP accreditation.
• Participate in recruitment and engagement activities.
• Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge in academic disciplines.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and program directors.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree in Counselor Education from a CACREP-accredited program.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a clinical mental health counselor.
• Preferred two years of experience in CMHC education.
• Record of professional and community service.
• Licensed or license-eligible in New Hampshire or state of residence.
• Excellence in classroom teaching and clinical supervision.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
