Overview

FP Markets Group is looking for a full-time Client Relations/Business Development Specialist to develop business relationships and convert leads into clients, working remotely.

In Short

• Develop assigned country/region and establish business relationships.
• Hunt for trading professionals and engage them as clients/partners.
• Identify effective local marketing channels.
• Assist in onboarding clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms.
• Monitor affiliates and partners for performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in FX/CFD and online trading preferred.
• Native Khmer and fluent English required.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes.
• Self-motivated and competitive.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
