FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Business Development Manager - Chinese Speaking.

In Short

• Develop the assigned region (China) to convert leads into clients and establish business relationships.
• Hunt for trading professionals across social and professional platforms.
• Identify effective local marketing channels for promoting the company and its products.
• Assist in onboarding trading clients and partners, ensuring a great user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales/marketing content.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
• Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize their performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on customer journeys.
• Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.

Requirements

• Experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry preferred.
• Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English required.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant fields.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade for mutual benefits.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive individual.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
