Overview

As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring the seamless implementation of product initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage and execute the product strategy for an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business operations.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog reflecting user needs and market demands.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on healthcare-specific use cases.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product dependencies and usability.
• Act as a bridge between product, design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or business analyst role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• Ability to manage complex product deliveries with multiple dependencies.
• Experience working with product management tools like Atlassian and Notion.
• Experience with API products.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal collaboration skills.
