Overview

The FORWARD Platform is seeking a Senior Manager, Proposal to lead and manage our proposal and RFX process and oversee all aspects of our proposals.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of proposal managers and coordinators.
• Develop and maintain a proposal management plan.
• Lead the capturing of new opportunities.
• Innovate approaches to proposal development.
• Provide training and coaching on proposal best practices.
• Analyze complex RFPs and create compliant outlines.
• Identify and escalate gaps and risks.
• Support writing, editing, and feedback processes.
• Lead budget development solutions.
• Provide RFX data metrics.
