Overview

As a Founder's Associate at forward earth, you will work directly with the founding team on high-priority initiatives across sales, strategy, and corporate development, playing a key role in building a sustainable business.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS, startups, or strategy consulting.
• Passion for climate tech and understanding of sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and proactive with project management abilities.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, or Trello.
