Requirements

• Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD preferred.
• Strong background in sterile processing.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop engaging training content.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience.
