Requirements

3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
Experience with GraphQL APIs and background job frameworks.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Excellent communication skills and self-directed work style.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Experience leading developers is a plus.
Familiarity with AI development tools and cloud platforms.
Understanding of ERP integrations and inventory management systems.
Bonus points for knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
