In Short

• Provide individualized, ongoing, comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to patients.
• Work closely with obesity medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.
• Establish professional relationships with patients, being non-judgmental and empathetic.
• Create customized nutrition plans based on individual needs.
• Offer nutrition education and counseling on healthy eating.
• Review patients' daily food photos and provide feedback.
• Support patients via daily text messaging in the Form Health app.
• Lead patient support groups as needed.
• Enhance the medical weight loss program in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time, 100% remote opportunities available.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with 3-5 years of experience in counseling and behavior modification.
• Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) preferred.
• Experience in a medical weight loss clinic with patients on weight loss medication.
• Familiarity with meal replacement plans and support groups.
• Strong cognitive-behavioral therapy counseling techniques.
