Registered Dietitian - Remote

Overview

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for all nutrition related aspects of care, and will work closely with family members to Equip them with the skills needed to nutritionally restore their child.

In Short

• Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient’s unique needs.
• Guide the process of exposure to fear/challenge foods.
• Communicate the patient's meal plan and special nutrition-related concerns to team members.
• Echo treatment team directives in interactions with families.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Update treatment plans weekly with patient’s progress.
• Reassess nutritional needs on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with families.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Licensed RDN required, experience with eating disorders preferred.
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.
• Experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Ability to balance business needs and clinical priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
