Telecom Data Migration Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The ForgeOS team is growing! We are in need of a Data Migration Coordinator. This full-time, fully-remote role requires candidates who are highly detailed, organized, motivated and communicative individuals and are interested in taking their few years of working experience to the next level. This position can work fully remote. Standard working hours are 8 am - 5 pm EDT. In-office work may be required approximately 1-2 times per year.

In Short

• Responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures.
• Execute data entry projects relating to client initiatives and service optimization.
• Analyze customer invoices and inventory.
• Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets.
• Ensure completion of new carrier services and changes to existing services.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams.
• Track and follow up on ongoing issues.
• Meet deadlines while managing project tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience with telecom carriers preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of MAC order experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PC and software applications including MS Office.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Team player with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and live in the continental US.
