Forge Nano Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of the lithium battery site and equipment projects.

• Lead cross-functional teams in battery manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 2-3 years in battery manufacturing processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial auditing.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and APQP principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25% to 50%).
