California Licensed Therapist - Remote

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. We are actively hiring therapists based in Irvine, CA and surrounding areas who want to work remotely while making a meaningful impact with clients throughout California.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation
• Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule

Requirements

• California Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and/or Clinical Psychologists
• Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Well-versed in mental health counseling practices
• Proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
• Must not be opted out of Medicare

Benefits

• Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles
• Competitive Salaries: Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year
• Part-time clinicians see between 10-24 clients per week
