Senior Specialist, Quality Document Management & Training - Remote

Overview

The Senior Specialist, Quality Document Management & Training position is responsible for supporting and managing document control activities, including the quality training program at Foresight Diagnostics.

In Short

• Manage and file all controlled GxP documentation in compliance with internal procedures and policies.
• Ensure document control requirements are met throughout the document lifecycle.
• Resolve issues found during documentation review.
• Develop and monitor document review and approval workflows.
• Maintain records in accordance with company record retention policies.
• Manage the delivery of training on Document Management and Control processes.
• Serve as the eQMS administrator.
• Assist with the development of training plans.
• Track and coordinate periodic document reviews.
• Support Change Management activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience in a Life Sciences discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in document control or quality systems.
• Experience with MasterControl eQMS platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
