Illinois Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Illinois Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities for the project management of solar photovoltaic projects developed by ForeFront Power. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing contract and document management, accounting, and technical support, and a variety of administrative support duties for the Behind-the-Meter and Community Solar project development and sales team.

• This is a part-time, temporary position working approximately 20 hours/week.
• Remote position with preference for candidates in Illinois.
• Responsibilities include project accounting and document management.
• Coordinate activities across various teams including Sales and Project Development.
• Assist with mailers and marketing lists for community solar campaigns.
• No prior experience is required; entry-level position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Office applications is preferred.
• Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Temporary position not eligible for benefits.
