Overview

Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food.

In Short

• Support the nutrition care mission of Foodsmart.
• Leverage Foodsmart's digital platform for consultations.
• Help members stretch their food dollar and eat healthier.
• Assist Medicaid members and underserved communities.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
• Support patients in accessing SNAP benefits.
• Facilitate digital grocery shopping on Foodsmart's marketplace.
• Build healthier eating and shopping habits.
• Impact the lives of members significantly.
• Remove barriers to healthy eating.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
• Experience in nutrition counseling.
• Knowledge of SNAP benefits and food security.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for improving community health.
• Experience with digital health platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
