Overview

As a Registered Dietitian at Strive Health, you will play a crucial role in transforming kidney care by educating patients on the impact of nutrition on their health and chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression.

In Short

• Consult with patients on Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
• Assess ongoing nutritional status and recommend interventions.
• Educate on meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Teach management of blood sugars and sodium/fluid restrictions.
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Empower patients to take ownership of their health.
• Utilize predictive data for patient support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in Clinical Nutrition.
• Active registered dietitian (RD) license.
• Internet connectivity with specified speeds.
• Understanding of renal nutrition best practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Intermediate computer skills, especially in MS Word and Outlook.
• Strong outpatient counseling experience.
