Overview

Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food.

In Short

• Provide a broad range of nutrition and health-related consultations.
• Help members stretch their food dollar and eat healthier.
• Support patients in accessing and using SNAP benefits.
• Assist with buying groceries digitally on Foodsmart's marketplace.
• Build healthier eating and shopping habits for life.
• Work with underserved communities and Medicaid members.
• Tackle the root causes of food and nutrition insecurity.
• Leverage Foodsmart's digital platform for consultations.
• Make a major impact on the lives of members.
• Remove barriers to healthier eating.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Experience in nutrition counseling and dietary assessments.
• Knowledge of SNAP benefits and food security issues.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for improving community health.
• Experience with digital health platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
