Overview

The Registered Dietitian Trainer & Onboarding Lead is responsible for delivering impactful training sessions for registered dietitians, enhancing their skills and knowledge about Foodsmart's products and services.

• Lead group training sessions for registered dietitians.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Education Team to refine training strategies.
• Establish relationships with registered dietitian thought leaders.
• Monitor training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with Community Managers on training-related projects.

• Deliver exceptional education with enthusiasm and commitment.
• Background as a Registered Dietitian required.
• 4+ years of experience in customer success or client relations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare.
