Overview

Foodsmart is seeking bilingual Registered Dietitians (RDs) who speak fluent Spanish or Vietnamese to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, focused on improving access to healthy food.

In Short

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
• Conduct digital shop-alongs to assist patients in using their grocery money effectively.
• Support patients in completing nutrition assessments.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Manage a diverse panel of clients with chronic health conditions.
• Communicate effectively with clients through HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients for sustainable behavior change.
• Work in a start-up environment, providing feedback to improve workflows.
• Motivate patients to continue their care journey.
• Advocate for underserved populations.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dietitian credentialing and licensure.
• Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese.
• Must be licensed in home state.
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure in other states.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High-speed internet and a smartphone.
