In Short

• Operate and support our IT landscape both on-site and remotely.
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot & Apple Business Manager.
• Implement and monitor security measures (SSO, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Support our Microsoft Teams rooms.
• Software distribution & automation using Intune and Powershell.
• Operate office network infrastructure (Internet, WiFi).
• Assist in onboarding new colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS365, Intune, and networking.
• Motivated to ensure security and improve processes.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to find solutions independently.
• Structured and pragmatic work style with high responsibility.
• Good command of German and English (at least B2).
