In Short

• Monitor and pre-qualify sales and applicant flow.
• Work with inbound leads and direct them appropriately.
• Conduct needs analysis of potential clients over the phone.
• Present Foodiary services during short phone calls.
• Document calls in the CRM system.
• Prepare for existing appointments.
• Actively reach out to leads via phone.
• No cold calling or lead generation required.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Superchat).
• Quick comprehension and ability to follow processes.
• Motivation and discipline.
• Interest in learning sales from the ground up.
• Desire and personal interest in healthy nutrition is preferred.
• Extroverted personality and communication skills.
• Willingness for personal development and success.
• Clear and error-free written expression in German.
