Overview

FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a Recruiting/HR Coordinator Intern to support our recruiting/staffing business, providing hands-on experience with real-world HR and recruiting support.

In Short

• Identify and pipeline quality candidates.
• Post positions on various job boards.
• Coach candidates on best practice interviewing.
• Negotiate offers and closing.
• Track requisitions and candidates, including metrics and reporting.
• Provide guidance on temporary hiring processes.
• Build strategic sourcing pipelines.
• Expand referral efforts and generate sourcing campaigns.
• Maintain HR department records accurately.
• Assist with new hire onboarding procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree, technical background is a plus.
• Proven ability to attract top talent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus.
• Experience in the high tech industry is a plus.
