In Short

• Handle booking of complex international air itineraries.
• Ensure proper documentation of airline and department documentation.
• Book flights in Sabre GDS for passengers.
• Assist passengers with preferred seats and itinerary updates.
• Provide excellent customer service via chat and email.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and concisely.
• Interpret air requirements accurately.
• Negotiate and ticket group contracts.
• Suggest booking process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Sabre experience.
• Other GDS experiences helpful.
• Access to a distraction-free workspace with excellent internet.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of airline industry policies.
• Strong Microsoft skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $800-1200 based on experience.
• Commissions: 3% of gross profits shared among the team.
