Procurement Analyst I - Remote

Overview

FloQast is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's full procure-to-pay (P2P) process. In this entry-level role, you’ll manage supplier onboarding, create purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and help negotiate low-risk contracts under $50K.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in Coupa.
• Guide business stakeholders through FloQast’s decentralized purchasing process.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for low-risk vendor agreements.
• Review order forms and proposals for completeness.
• Route agreements for security, privacy, finance, and legal review.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other tasks to help meet company goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with a P2P tool like Coupa or SAP Ariba.
• Understanding of the procurement lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflows.
• Professional communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn.
