• We are looking for an Email Graphic Designer to support lifecycle marketing initiatives through high-quality, conversion-focused visual design.
• You will create email campaigns, flows, and automations.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists.
• Contribute creative ideas that support retention goals.
• Design motion-based assets such as GIFs.
• Iterate through revisions and ensure alignment with best practices.
• This is a highly collaborative position.
• Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience, preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies.
• Knowledge of email design best practices and user-centered design.
• Ability to synthesize and present design rationale.
• Skills in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
