Traveling Installation Technician - Remote

In Short

• Install poles, solar panels, and cameras in various locations.
• Work on public and private roads, often at heights up to 30 feet.
• Provide installation photos and perform administrative tasks.
• Meet with customers and perform site surveys.
• Travel approximately 90% of the time for installations.
• Must be physically fit to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in construction or similar fields is preferred.
• Must have good time-management and communication skills.
• Work during daylight hours with potential overtime and weekend work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Experience with fieldwork, construction, or security systems.
• Ability to operate a bucket truck and other heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Basic computer skills including Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
• Willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Desire to work outdoors.
• Good communication skills.
• Handyman-like experience is a plus.
