Traveling Installation Technician - Remote

Overview

Flock Safety is an all-in-one technology solution to eliminate crime and keep communities safe. We are looking for a Traveling Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team.

In Short

• Install poles and mount solar panels and cameras.
• Work on public and private roads, often at heights.
• Use bucket trucks and ladders for installations.
• Provide installation pictures via a mobile app.
• Meet with customers for installation discussions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management.
• Travel approximately 90% of the time.
• Work M-F during daylight hours with overtime expected.
• Complete OSHA 10 certification and in-field training.
• Receive a starting salary of $57,200 plus stock options.

Requirements

• Frequent bending, digging, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior field work experience is a plus.
• Comfortable driving work vehicles and using power tools.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Good time-management and communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills and software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle.
