In Short

• The Flock engineering organization requires a Technical Project Manager.
• This role will bridge the gap between embedded, cloud, mobile, and quality teams.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices where applicable.
• Responsible for improving processes and tools for software delivery.
• Experience partnering with engineers for timely delivery of device deliverables.
• Develop plans aligned with key stakeholders.
• Identify gaps or risks and mitigate issues.
• Foster a great project environment with strong communication.
• Technical background to navigate the engineering environment.
• Strong experience with project management software, including Jira.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a member of a development team.
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum process.
• Scrum master certification preferred.
• Ability to keep teams aligned and on priority tasks.
• Experience with consumer-facing software and IOT devices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership and problem-solving mindset.
