Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) on the FlockOS team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation, guiding them through a highly technical and cross-functional process.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of FlockOS software across multiple systems and environments.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders and internal resources to move implementations along.
• Manage multiple action items within customer implementations.
• Maintain detailed project statuses and notes for stakeholders.
• Host regular customer meetings, providing agendas and notes.
• Partner with various teams to resolve escalated situations.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex software implementations.
• Comfortable with various customer contact channels.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting technical software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
