Installation Technician - Remote

In Short

• Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications.
• Mount solar panels on poles and attach external batteries.
• Affix license-plate reading cameras with PTZ technology.
• Work on both public and private roads, often at heights.
• Use bucket trucks and ladders for installations.
• Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or wiring.
• Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app.
• Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management.
• Meet with customers to discuss installation options.
• Interpret traffic control plans for installation locations.

Requirements

• Frequent bending, digging, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in field work, construction, or security systems.
• Willingness to be trained to operate a bucket truck.
• Comfortable driving work vans and trucks.
• Handyman-like experience is a plus.
• Time-management and communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills, including Office and Google Suite.
