In Short

• Join the Field Operations team as an Installation Technician.
• Install poles, solar panels, and license-plate reading cameras.
• Work on public and private roads, often at heights.
• Regularly use bucket trucks and ladders.
• Provide installation pictures via the mobile app.
• Perform administrative tasks like inventory management.
• Meet customers to discuss installation options.
• Interpret traffic control plans for device installation.
• Travel up to 3 hours for service tickets, occasionally up to 8 hours.
• Receive a starting salary of $52,000 and stock options.

Requirements

• Experience with field work, construction, or security systems.
• Knowledge of operating a bucket truck.
• Comfortable driving work vans and trucks.
• Experience with power tools and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work at heights on ladders.
• Good time-management and communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills, including Office and Google Suite.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle rental.
