In Short

• Design, measure, and oversee 3rd party solutions for WLAN, CV2X, and 5G radios.
• Maintain and validate Radio performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Antenna, Systems, device SW, and cloud engineering teams.
• Perform RF characterization in OTA test chambers.
• Support regulatory and carrier certifications.
• Produce clear presentations and reports.
• Travel 25-30% to HQ in Atlanta, GA.
• Work in a remote-first environment.
• Participate in a results-oriented culture.
• Engage in a transparent and collaborative interview process.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in RF and board design.
• MS or BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with WLAN and Cellular RF test equipment.
• Ability to perform RF characterization and data analysis.
• Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of commercial connectivity devices.
• Experience with PTCRB and FCC certification processes.
• Knowledge of wireless standards like 802.11 and 5G is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
