In Short

• Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications.
• Assemble, kit, and install various ancillary components and Flock Safety products.
• Mount solar panels and attach external batteries.
• Affix license-plate reading cameras to poles.
• Work on both public and private roads.
• Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or wiring.
• Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Drive a company vehicle for daily tasks.
• Manage daily inventory and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with field work in construction or security systems.
• Ability to work at heights and operate a bucket truck.
• Handyman-like experience.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• General affinity for technology and willingness to learn.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Comfortable with physical activities such as bending and climbing.
• Willingness to travel approximately 85% of the time.
