Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a cloud-native or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of user and access management.
• Passion for automation, scripting, and applying AI tools in IT operations.
• Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and implement insights effectively.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular onsite presence in Stuttgart (2-3 days/week).
