The Manager - Sales Strategy & Business Operations will lead key global transformation initiatives, focusing on sales and client services to drive growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business/operations roles with experience in technology implementation.
  • Management experience in technology/business transformation.
  • Experience in financial services or technology companies preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management and analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI and public LLM APIs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage global projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and partnership development.
