Overview

We are looking for a Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialist to manage third-party reimbursements for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance claims in the U.S. healthcare system. The ideal candidate has experience in medical billing and collections, specifically in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or long-term care settings.

In Short

  • Oversee and support third-party reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions.
  • Manage billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
  • Identify and resolve claim denials and discrepancies with payers.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare billing regulations.
  • Collaborate with billing vendors and internal finance teams to streamline processes.
  • Provide training and support to the team on best practices in medical billing and reimbursement.
  • Participate in accounts receivable (A/R) reviews and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in medical billing and collections.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
