Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our social media presence with one clear goal: grow our channels and build a community around modern interior design and modular furniture.

In Short

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Create, schedule, and publish content.
• Grow follower base and engagement rate with a monthly growth plan.
• Analyze performance weekly and adjust strategy based on data.
• Research and identify interior design influencers in the DACH region.
• Negotiate cooperations and manage the process from contact to content delivery.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs.
• Monitor trends in interior design and furniture.
• Bring ideas for campaigns and content series.
• Must have a proven track record of growing social media channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media.
• Proven track record of growing a social media channel.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.
