In Short

  • Manage communications with the community across various channels (email, social media).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve products and services.
  • Support e-commerce operational processes.
  • Collaborate on creating and managing administrative documents, updating Excel databases, and contributing to forecasting and reporting models.
  • Share insights with marketing and product teams.
  • Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business, Communication, Marketing, Management Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (C1 level).
  • Knowledge of German/Spanish/French is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complex situations empathetically.
  • Problem-solving attitude and operational autonomy.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach – enjoys working in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in e-commerce, beauty, and the startup world.

Important Information:

  • Full-time internship (you must be currently enrolled at a university).
  • Duration: 6-12 months.
  • Fully remote with quarterly in-person meetings in Milan. If you are in Milan, you can join the team at our offices twice a week!
