In Short

• You’ll join our Design Systems team to define how Flatiron products and tools should work.
• Help evolve our Design System as a core part of our software toolkit.
• Enable teams to create high-quality user-facing applications focusing on usability, consistency, and accessibility.
• Shape the holistic vision of user interfaces across Flatiron products.
• Design and test modular, accessible UI components and patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and engineers.
• Promote best practices through documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Portfolio or examples of past work, including code samples.
• 3+ years of experience as a hybrid product designer and front-end developer.
• Comfortable context-switching between different problems.
• Strong expertise in modern coding technology.
• Comfortable working in Figma and designing UI.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency.
