In Short

• Provide clinical and scientific leadership to teams developing innovative approaches to running clinical research studies.
• Serve as clinical lead for Flatiron’s portfolio of technology-enabled clinical trials.
• Lead analyses to evaluate the efficiency of novel clinical trial technology.
• Represent Flatiron at meetings with life science partners and regulators.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Clinical Research unit’s strategic development and growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive collaboration and achieve results across project teams.
• Explain scientific and clinical concepts to a non-medical audience.
• Embrace the potential of new healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD) and Oncology subspecialty training.
• 5-7+ years experience in clinical research/clinical care/drug development.
• Experience working in the industry setting.
• Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Empathy for the challenges faced in clinical research.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to think creatively about trial designs.
• Experience with regulatory bodies is a plus.
• Experience with clinical research digital technologies.
• Experience with Flatiron’s real-world data and clinical research solutions is a plus.
