Pricing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Pricing Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the pricing accuracy of locked loans and involves communication with various team members to maintain and respond to requests in the Lock Desk Queue.

• Responsible for pricing accuracy of locked loans
• Review and process daily rate lock requests
• Assist with Historical Pricing requests
• Validate loan level data for accuracy
• Confirm pricing eligibility against investor guidelines
• Issue lock confirmations in a timely manner
• Provide pricing guidance to Loan Officers
• Participate in projects to improve pricing systems
• Support Secondary Marketing positions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience with LOS and PPE’s is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinker able to make decisions independently
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods
