In Short

• Drive the user experience of our website, platform, and internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and drive conversion.
• Evolve our design system and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Wireframe, prototype, and design UIs using Figma.
• Analyze user journeys and envision future journeys.
• Collaborate with user researchers and data analysts.
• Work closely with PMs and developers to deliver UIs to specification.

Requirements

• Champion user needs in the design process.
• Experience designing complex workflows and UIs.
• Experience with design systems, ideally in Figma.
• Some usability testing and/or user research experience.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about the financial sector.
• Comfortable using Lean UX in an agile environment.
