Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
• 5-10 years minimum of transportation experience, highway engineering experience preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, STAAD, Bridge Design Software preferred.
• Demonstrate high-quality work and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage projects and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
