The Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv acts as the subject matter expert in Cards & Payments solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payment technology solutions.

In Short

Act as the SME on Cards & Payments solutions.
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers.
Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Facilitate requirement analysis and design workshops.
Deliver projects on time to internal stakeholders and clients.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Ensure adherence to business methodologies.
Strong communication and planning skills required.
Experience in delivering Payments solutions.
7+ years of relevant experience needed.

Requirements

7+ years as a Business Analyst in payments.
Solid knowledge of SDLC and methodologies.
Experience with Credit & Debit Card processing.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
Strong expertise in Payment Gateways and related technologies.
Experience with financial messaging standards preferred.
Proven track record of gathering customer requirements.
Exposure to global payments processing.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in Payments processing.
