First Stop Health is seeking a Master's Level Mental Health Counselor to provide brief counseling via virtual session, focusing on solution-oriented care.

In Short

• Conduct assessments to determine appropriateness of care.
• Develop targeted treatment plans.
• Deliver solution-focused brief care (avg 3-5 sessions).
• Activate referrals for longer-term care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Support client safety and manage risks.
• Stay current with telehealth counseling trends.
• Provide 12+ contractor hours/sessions weekly.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health.
• Clinical confidence in Brief Solution-Focused model.
• Experience in EAP or brief counseling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Sound clinical judgment and self-starter attitude.
• Must have high-speed internet and a professional workspace.
