Overview

As a Program Lead - Conversions at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in managing client conversion and startup projects, ensuring seamless transitions for clients to Fiserv's credit processing system.

In Short

• Manage conversion and startup projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans.
• Coordinate activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead internal project teams of up to 8 members.
• Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Oversee issue resolution and problem-solving.
• Communicate project status and risks effectively.
• Participate in discovery, data spec review, and testing.
• 8+ years of experience in project management in the payment industry required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management within the payment industry.
• 8+ years of experience in conversion projects.
• 8+ years of experience with FD platforms and products/services.
• Experience with productivity tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Clarity.
• Strong communication skills in a client-facing role.
• PMP certification is a plus.
