Finance Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting the Group Finance Systems Manager in keeping core financial applications running smoothly.

In Short

• Lead on the management and delivery of small-scale projects with the help of 3rd party support.
• Manage prioritisation of incidents and issues, liaising with stakeholders and vendors.
• Responsible for administration changes within financial systems.
• Assist with gathering and documenting change requests from the Finance function.
• Design, test and implement technical system changes for continuous improvements.
• Assist in the design and production of Workday reports and integrations.
• Build effective relationships and foster a collaborative culture.
• Manage finance system updates and maintenance across all systems.
• Challenge current practices and seek to improve processes.
• End user set-up and security maintenance as required.

Requirements

• Experience in a finance or accounting function with involvement in finance systems.
• Experience with ERP, General Ledger or P2P systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement based on data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Workday and TM1 experience is an advantage.
