Business Data Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) - Remote

Overview

This Analyst role involves managing service level Agreement (SLA) analysis, Renewal processes, and Financial planning and Analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent email writing and communication skills, as he/she will be responsible for coordinating with the Sales team and Client Success partners regarding RFP requests, SLA Renewals and SLA performance analysis.

In Short

• Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for compliance
• Facilitate SLA renewals and amendments
• Provide data-driven insights on SLA financial impacts
• Review and respond to RFPs related to SLAs
• Maintain SLA-related document repository
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to SLAs
• Generate reports on SLA performance and penalties
• Draft professional emails for SLA communications
• Liaise with Sales and Client Success teams
• Act as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Client Success

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI
• Excellent email writing and communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
