Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits design or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with healthcare data interpretation experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with project management skills.
  • Knowledge of self-funded health plans and value-based care principles.
